As these times are very challenging for everyone, it is even more important to bring focus, peace and harmony into every part of the daily life to build up a strong mind and resilience.

Your teacher and coach Mira Amadea is a registered and certified dance and yoga teacher.

She developed a special program for dancers and athletes to balance the dancers´ body.

Gentle Yoga Flow


Gentle yoga lies somewhere along the spectrum between flow and a class that is mostly seated or with long holds (such as restorative or yin yoga). It is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.  Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size.


No experience or flexibility required.


Power Yoga Flow

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement. 
No experience or flexibility required.
